This is a one-person business, so this page is short and honest. Here is what I collect and what I do with it.

The contact form

When you send me your website through the form, I receive your website address, your name, your email address, and anything you wrote in the notes. That lands in my inbox as an email, delivered by a service called Resend. I use it to reply to you and for nothing else. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't sell or share it.

The form also has a hidden field that people never see. Automated spam tools fill it in, which is how I tell them apart from you.

Site measurement

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure how fast pages load. These don't use cookies and don't identify you. They tell me things like how many people visited this week and whether the page loaded quickly on phones.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, their servers keep standard access logs, which include your IP address, for a short time.

If you'd like me to delete something you sent through the form, email me at cody@segowebdesign.com and I'll do it that day.
